How Does ISI® Elite Training Support Me?

ISI® Elite Training provides world class ongoing training and support to help franchise owners thrive

ISI® Elite Training may be the new kid on the block in the boutique fitness franchise space, but we’re way ahead of the industry in terms of the level of training and ongoing support our franchise owners receive.

We’re way ahead because while we’re a new franchise, we’re not a new brand. Founded in 2013, we spent the last 9+ years proving our business model and building out the support infrastructure that a world class franchise brand needs to have in order to help entrepreneurs excel in business.

“Our franchise owners can expect substantial support,” says Adam Rice, Founder & CEO. “A lot of times this is their first time in business. They might come from the corporate world where there is a robust infrastructure in place, but this is the first time they’re doing something on their own. We’ve worked really hard to make this a partnership, and we hold up our end by providing them with all of the resources, the training, the branding and marketing, the professional development, and the technology they need to thrive. The beauty of franchising is that they are in business for themselves, but not by themselves. ”

This is what our support looks like

Franchise Opening Specialist

So you just became a franchise owner!  Now what? You’ll never have to ask this question, because immediately upon joining our franchise family, we’ll assign a dedicated franchise opening specialist to keep you organized and on track. We’ll make sure you get everything you need to get accomplished on time, and you’ll get answers to any questions that may arise. We’re going to be with you every step of the way!

Real Estate – Site Selection and Buildout

Choosing the right locations is absolutely critical to the success of ISI® Elite Training facilities – which is why you won’t go through this process alone. You will work hand in hand with our real-estate partner to determine the best location for your business, and they’ll help you through the process of lease negotiation. Once secured, we will be by your side to guide you through the buildout process to ensure everything goes smoothly and you’re on track for your grand opening.

In Person Training

You will come to our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, where you will spend several days learning about the business model, including how to hire the right people, how to grow a membership base, how to retain members, and much, much more. We call this IronU.

Marketing

Franchising with ISI® Elite Training means you get access to an in-house marketing team who will provide you with all the resources, strategy, and assets to execute an effective marketing plan in your territory.

Proprietary Pre-Sale Process

We want you to be able to open your doors to recurring monthly revenue on the first day – and to do that, we’ve developed a proprietary pre-sale process. Over the course of the 12 weeks prior to opening, you will host free sessions in your community, building awareness and offering discounted founding membership rates.

Franchise Business Coach

As soon as you’ve celebrated your grand opening, the next phase of your support begins: ongoing support. You will be assigned a dedicated franchise business coach, who will meet with you and visit your facility to ensure that you have everything you need, that you’re meeting your business goals, and that your questions are getting answered.

Technology

ISI® Elite Training has a state-of-the-art technology suite that makes it easy for you to run multiple locations. We also have a best-in-class app for members to measure progress, book sessions, and for you to reach out and hold your members accountable.

Ongoing Support

In addition to your franchise business coach, you can expect monthly overviews and launch calls that are reflected on the marketing calendar. We also provide opportunities for virtual and in-person regional training and an annual convention.
