Step 7: Welcome to Iron Nation!

Congratulations! You’re now an official franchise owner. As soon as you sign your franchise agreement, we will schedule your initial calls with the real estate team and your franchise opening specialist.

Step 6: Meet The Team Day at Headquarters

You will visit the ISI® headquarters office in Charlotte, North Carolina. Here, you’ll get an opportunity to meet the headquarters team, take a few sessions at ISI®, tour a facility, and get a deeper understanding of the ISI® culture.

Step 5: Territory Selection Call

This is where we review demographics, psychographics, and select your territory.

Step 4: Validation Call

You will get an opportunity to speak to existing ISI® franchise owners to ask any questions and validate the model. We want you to understand what to expect as an ISI® franchise owner. Additionally, you will speak with our Founder & CEO, Adam Rice.

Step 3: FDD Review Call

We will walk you through our Franchise Disclosure Document, which will give you a comprehensive overview of franchising with us. The document includes complete information on costs & fees associated with ownership, financial performance of our franchise owners, and more.

Step 2: Business Overview Call

This is where we tell you all the ways that we’ll support you. We’ll discuss training, marketing, operations, technology platforms, and more.

Step 1: Brand Introduction Call

This is our chance to get to know each other. We’ll tell you all about our franchise opportunity, including our founding story, what makes us different, the role of an owner, financial performance, and more. This call will also give you the opportunity to ask questions and determine if this is the right opportunity for you.
